New tools for website owners

Web hosting company 1&1 is offering its customers a set of new tools to maintain and improve their websites. WebStatistics, WebElements, Newsletter Tool, Chat, In2Site Live Dialogue and WebDatabase can be used for £5 a month. The analysis tools enable site owners to monitor website traffic, as well as find out which country visitors are from, and what kind of browser brought them there. WebElements deals with website forms, such as 'Tell-a-friend' or 'Feedback'. Templates are included but users can also create their own forms via a wizard. The 1&1 Newsletter Tool helps to compile and dispatch newsletters and track response rates via the statistical tool provided.
